Automatic Fulfillment

Not all ecommerce stores deliver goods by physical shipment.  AbleCommerce provides you the ability to create subscriptions, digital downloads, and gift certificates that can be fulfilled automatically or manually through the order management area.

When delivering digital goods, you can automate downloads when payments are made, and use instant email notification of serial numbers with the built-in License Key Manager.

Use recurring billing options together with a supported payment gateway to create a variety of subscription plans.

Easily increase your product offerings by including fixed-price or customized gift certificates that are almost totally automated.

Find the Order Summary page

  1. Mouse-over the Manage menu item and then select Orders, or -

    Click the ORDERS icon
    in the top-right corner.

  1. Any recent orders will automatically appear in the search results.

  2. Find an order that has a digital good, subscription, or gift certificate pending fulfillment

  3. If there are no other "Shippable" goods in the order, then you may see a shipment status called "NonShippable".  This status is typically associated with orders that have no physical shipments.

  4. Click the "details" link for the order.  This will bring you to the Summary page.
