AbleCommerce provides you some helpful tools for solving issues.
You will have access to an Error Log that audits and records
most errors. This is especially useful when trying to diagnose
problems or as a general check to make sure there are no serious
issues with your store.
You will also be able to view the AbleCommerce About page for
version information, which is critical when obtaining technical
support, upgrading, applying patches, and checking for known issues.
All AbleCommerce support information is based on your version
and build number which is available from the About page.
The AbleCommerce About page will give you the information necessary
to obtain technical assistance, apply upgrades or patches, and
check for known issues.
You can access the About AbleCommerce
page from the Dashboard
menu. Click on the Help
tab to view a page similar to the one below.

About AbleCommerce
If you have a technical support issue, please copy the information
from the field in the About AbleCommerce section. This will
include your build number, and you will want to have this information
available when reporting issues or requesting help.
Before reporting a bug, please check for known issues that may
have been already patched. We also ask that you keep your
installation updated with the latest service releases and/or upgrades
available. Your Merchant Dashboard will include any software
updates, so make sure to check this page when you login each day.
In the second part of the text field will be a long list of
files and their versions. This list is being generated from
the DLL files that reside in the \BIN\
folder of your installation. This can be useful if you have
upgraded or applied a patch and want to confirm that the correct
DLL was updated.
