Past Upgrades

AbleCommerce has a system for providing upgrades within the Merchant Administration. To see if there are any upgrade available for your installation, go to Upgrades > Available Upgrades using the admin menu.

This page will show you a history of all the past upgrades that were applied.

Here is an example:


  • Title: The name of the upgrade.

  • Description and Type: indicates if the release was stable. If not, some additional information will be shown.

  • Version: the version and build number of the upgrade file.

  • Release Date: the date that the upgrade file was distributed.

  • Install Date: the date that the upgrade was applied to the installation.

  • Instructions - the steps given to install the upgrade - these are specific to each release.

 To view if your installation needs an upgrade, go to Upgrades > Available Upgrades.
