ISSUE:

Paypal gateway charges too much when items added to order

SYMPTOM:

After a customer places an order and the payment is received, the merchant may alter the order from the admin. If the customer returns to the page where they can make a payment on the balance due, and uses the PayPal gateway (Website Payments Pro), the amount charged is for the full amount of the order when it should be for the remaining balance.  This issue is most serious if the gateway is set to capture mode.  If using authorization, it can be corrected by making an adjustment to the capture amount.
