Import script updated in Service Release 1...corrections have been completed, and available in AbleCommerce 5.5 CFMX SR1. This patch no longer applies if you upgrade to SR1.

 

DETAILS

Imported products from AC3 are all set to NON-TAXABLE

This patch is only necessary when importing a store from AbleCommerce version 3.x.  It will correct an import issue when you have  products set to Non-taxable.

 

 

SYMPTOM:

This condition happens after importing an AbleCommerce 3.x store that has products set to non-taxable.

Any products that were set to non-taxable, after import, are marked as "Taxable" in the new store.

 

WORK-AROUND:

  1. Download the Import patch file and extract the contents to a temporary folder.

  2. Open the README.TXT file and follow the installation instructions.

All new import scripts and instructions are available in the download.

This issue has been corrected for build 1362+.
