Email

Your email system is an integral part of running your online store.  That's why AbleCommerce comes pre-installed with fifteen templates that are designed for every email producing feature.  All you have to do to get started is enter your own email address for each template, and your email server connection information.   

Some email use an event based system called the Triggers.  These Triggers will send an email automatically depending on the action taking place.  For example, an order that is placed uses a trigger called "Order Placed".  The Triggers are easy to understand and can be customized for each email.  Of course, we make sure that all Triggers are set up in advance so you won't have any extra work to do except make sure the email says what you want it to.   

The email templates can be used as automated tools to communicate with your customers, vendors, and warehouses.  They can also be used to improve efficiency for your internal order processing, fulfillment and shipping.   

AbleCommerce uses the NVelocity template engine, providing scripting capability and dynamic variable support.
