WorldShip®

Before using the WorldShip® feature within AbleCommerce, you must download and install the software to your local PC.  Go to UPS.com to get started.

Note: You must have a UPS account number to download and install WorldShip®

Before installation, you must Authenticate your Account.  Use the Authenticate your Account Number link, if available.

 

Filter and Export Selected Products

  1. From Catalog > Data Exchange > Export Products page click the FILTER PRODUCTS button, or, you can go directly to the Catalog > Products page.

  2. Use the Manage Products search form to find items for export.

  3. After clicking SEARCH, the results are shown in the grid below.

  4. To export, you must select at least one product by checking a box in the first column.

  5. At the bottom of the search results, you can view the total number or products selected.  

  6. Choose the Export option and click GO.

  7. From the next page, you will be able to select the fields to include in the product export.

  8. After making your selections, click the EXPORT PRODUCTS button to continue.

  9. Wait while the export file is created.

  10. In the first column, the file name is shown.  An archived (.zip) file is automatically created for the exported product data.  The second column shows the actual size (in KB) of the product export file.

  11. In the last column, you can click the Download icon to copy the product export file to your local computer.  You can click the Delete icon to remove the file permanently.

    NOTE:

    After a backup, you can find your file in the \App_Data\DataExchange\Download\ folder.
