UsersA user is simply a record storing different types people that access your store whether it be an administrator or customer. Users are used with Groups, so you can create a variety of special memberships to your store. The User record stores basic information about the person, including email, name, address, and of a Group assignment, if they have one. The Groups feature is a powerful tool. AbleCommerce provides a variety of groups for store administration purposes. However, you can create your own Groups for all kinds of things! There are several other features within AbleCommerce that provide access to the Groups you create. That means you can assign users to these Groups and instantly offer these people special privileges or pricing. If the Anonymous User tracking feature has been enabled, then you'll be able to view a few things about users who come to your site. An anonymous user is a person who does not have a register username and password. On checkout, you may require that users register, or you can make it optional for them.

Find the Manage Users page

Mouse-over the People menu item and then drop down to select Users, or -
Click the USERS icon
in the top-right corner. -
This will bring you to the Manage Users page.

You can directly access a specific user record, from any order, by clicking the Customer Profile tab.
