Reports

AbleCommerce provides several built-in reports for sales, products, customers, and marketing.  These reports allow you to select a time period and view detailed information about historical records and activities within your store.

Access to the Audit Log, is only available to the top-level user, a member of the Super Admin group.  You can use the built-in member group named "Report Admins" to give a person limited access to the Report menu.

There are a few reports that depend on other features being active, such as the Abandoned Basket report, or the Who is Online report for the Anonymous User.  This is covered in detail within this chapter.

 
 
This chapter covers the following sections:

  • Sales Reports - View statistics about order amounts, discounts, tax and shipping.

  • Product Reports - View statistics about product sales, popularity, and inventory.

  • Customer Reports - View customer sales, baskets, and the most common browsers.

  • Marketing Reports - Coupon usage details, and reports for the Affiliate feature.

  • System Reports - Reports showing who is online, orphaned items, and an audit log.

Find the Reports Menu

  1. Click on the Reports menu item to view a list of all reports available.
