The following software is required if you will be using PayPal or Cybersource payment gateways.
Microsoft Web Services Enhancements (WSE) 3.0: Enables developers to build secure Web services based on the latest Web services protocol specifications.
You should install WSE 3.0 before installing AbleCommerce. However, if you need to install WSE 3.0 after AbleCommerce is installed, then you will need to backup the web.config file and replace it when finished.
If you install AbleCommerce 7.0.x and WSE 3.0 on a server running AbleCommerce 5.5, and Cybersource is an active payment gateway, the AbleCommerce 5.5 version of Cybersource will cease to function. For AbleCommerce 5.5 installations using CyberSource, you will need to run AbleCommerce 7.0 on a different server.
