Bug Reports Requirements

We have opened up a new forum to post bug reports for AbleCommerce v.9

To report an issue, please go to: http://www.ablecommerce.com/forums/topics/6-AbleCommerce-9-Bug-Reports

Login to your AbleCommerce account to post to the forums.

Provide the following information so we are able to help:

  1. Find your AbleCommerce version.

    - Login to your Merchant Administration, and note the version number in the upper-left corner.

  2. Be able to provide the exact steps to reproduce the issue.  

    - This is very important and should include any setting and configuration information.  Provide all necessary details to reproduce the issue.

  3. Provide any error messages, or state what the program should have done differently.

    - You may include attachments, pdf, txt, gif, and jpg will be accepted.


DO NOT provide login credentials or any sensitive information.  This information is sent through email which is not secure
.


What happens to my bug next?

  • The development team will be monitoring the forums for new bug reports during the beta version.

Please go to http://ablecommerce.uservoice.com/ to submit a new feature request.

All feature requests submitted will need votes in order to be considered for a future release.  You will have exactly 10 votes to use for any of the features that exist or new ones that you wish to submit.  If a feature is added, then it will be closed and you will have your votes returned so they can be used on a different request.
