Request a License Key

IMPORTANT: For all key requests, make sure you select your order number so we can send you the correct keys and provide a quick turn-around.

• Open a case from this page for license key requests.

AbleCommerce 7 License Key Requests:

You will need to login to the store, and open a case with the following information:

• The Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) that the license will be registered to. This will typically match the domain on your SSL certificate.

• For a development license, be sure to include the IP, domain, or otherwise (localhost) that the software will be installed to.

AbleCommerce 7 Extension Requests:

You can download a full 30-day evaluation from our website.  If you need to extend this evaluation period, we can give you a temporary license for an additional 14 days.  Unfortunately, due to the number of requests we receive, we can extend this evaluation only once.

You will need to login to the store, and open a case with the following information:

• Include the IP or website (e.g. localhost) that the trial software is installed to.

• Make sure to select your evaluation order and include a note to indicate this is an extension request.  

AbleCommerce 5.5 License Key Requests:

If you need to request a key for version 5.5, login to the store and open a case with the following information:

• Indicate if you need us to issue a SERVER or STORE key.

• If you need to renew an expired development SERVER key, please indicate that in the request.

• If it is a STORE key, then give the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) that the key will be registered to. This will typically match the domain on your SSL certificate.

NOTE: In some cases, you may need to change the license key to a different domain. If this should happen, please review this page on our website to see if you qualify for free key re-issuance.

NOTE: If you need us to (re)issue a key from a version earlier than 5.5, you will need to pay an order recovery fee instead.
