Report a Bug
REQUIREMENTSBefore reporting a bug, you need to make sure it is reproducible in the latest build available. If you can reproduce the bug in the latest version available and are using un-modified store templates, then please report it. In order for us to determine whether the bug is valid, you need to include detailed information.
To Report a Bug
After a new bug is reported, it may take up to a week to confirm whether or not it is valid. If valid, it will be entered into our bug reporting system, and you will be kept updated of any additional information or resolutions. An invalid bug is one that we cannot reproduce on the latest version of the software. In this case, it may be advisable to purchase support time for additional help. Keep in mind, that if we are to verify a bug, there would be no support time charged to your account. Bugs are fixed as the developers determine necessary. We provide no guarantees that a bug will be immediately fixed unless the severity prevents the use of a major feature or an acceptable work around cannot be determined. The correction of a bug is at the sole discretion of our development team and in many cases a patch or code fix will be provided.
