After purchasing a full version of AbleCommerce, you are entitled to free support for the first 30 days.

Please review our Free Software Support terms before requesting support.  In order to better server you, we ask for your full cooperation.
 

  • All AbleCommerce support requests are initiated through the case system.  If you send an email, there will be no reply.

  • We cannot help you with customization issues.

  • Effective 8/1/2008 - All AbleCommerce 4.x and 5.x issues are paid support.

  • HOSTING SUPPORT is obtained only by opening a ticket in your hosting control panel.  

 

To Request Support

Free support is made available to customers who have purchased a full version of AbleCommerce within the last 30 days.  If this does not apply to you, then skip to the next section for instructions on obtaining paid support.  Or, post your question to the community forums.

  1. Make sure that your system meets the minimum software requirements.

  2. Login to the store, and open a new customer service case

  3. You should receive a response within 24 hours.   

 

To Request Paid Priority Support

AbleCommerce also offers fee-based premium support with guaranteed response times.  You can purchase support time in 30 minute or 1 hour increments.

  1. Purchase the amount of support time that you think will cover your issue.  (You may be asked to purchase additional time.)

  2. Login to the store, open a new customer service case and select your order.

  3. You should receive a response within 2-4 hours.

 Paid support requests generally include the following issues -

  • (Re)installation of AbleCommerce software.

  • Configuration of specific features like payment or shipping gateways.

  • Upgrades or installation of patches.

  • Installation of development versions.

If you do not wish to pay for support, please post your question to the AbleCommerce Community Forums.  We cannot guarantee a response time or that you will get an answer, however, AbleCommerce staff, developers, partners, and other customers are actively trying to answer questions.
